John Wurdeman, American born artist, and wine-maker alongside ethnologist and tour operator, Ia Tabagari, founded the company in Tbilisi, Georgia. The inspiration came from Georgia’s ethnography and culinary traditions, which John wanted to share with travelers from all around the world.
